New sprayer concept with certified efficiency and safety
Cloud with side-folding booms is an extremely versatile machine designed to perform best on medium-sized plots, even of specialty crops. The entire Cloud series is specifically designed for narrow track work, both inter-row and open field, providing great maneuverability, stability and versatility. Also available with AirSpray, it offers a wide choice of approved tyres. Cloud 2000 B7P is certified for functionality and safe operation by the Julius Kuhn Institute and Entam and is fully compliant with the latest regulatory requirements regarding tank agitation testing with kaolin.
ADVANTAGES
The chassis is extremely strong and lightweight, with a steering tiller designed to provide the sprayer with excellent turning radius, safety in maneuvering and stability. Weight distribution and large diametre wheels ensure buoyancy in any condition and allow use of low power tractors. The tank, specifically designed to provide the best performance in terms of stability with narrow track width, choice of tyres and track widths possible, lowered center of gravity with generous ground clearance, and unparalleled agitation performance, is at the heart of the success of the Cloud series, which is unrivaled in the market in the 2000- and 3000-litres professional compact trailed segment.
As a result, the Cloud series enables safe operation even at very narrow track widths (minimum mt. 1.40), thanks in part to the steerable drawbar at the approved lift, specially designed to provide maximum maneuverability in total safety. For special applications (such as on crawlers), drawbars are also available with attachment to the drawbar eye, with automatic electronic electro-hydraulic steering or fixed.

Toselli AirSpray is a device certified in Germany by the JKI (Julius Kuhn Institute) for drift reduction (50 percent).
The Toselli AirSpray low-volume injection system with adjustable sleeve ensures exceptional foliar coverage results even under the most adverse conditions and, upon proper adjustment, becomes an excellent drift-reducing tool even on bare ground, a unique feature on the market.
Equipment
All Toselli trailed sprayers are equipped with AEF-certified ISOBUS standard control systems for integrated control of distribution, movements and all functions remotely in the cab.
Standard equipment includes on-board ISOBUS electronics with all functions activated, i.e. VT-TC-VR and standard ISOBUS cable for connection to the tractor.
In case the tractor complies with the standard and has the necessary licenses activated, the combination of an optional AUX-N switchbox or joystick peripheral is recommended in order to facilitate the execution of commands.
If, on the other hand, the tractor is not equipped with one, we can offer several Virtual Terminal options to be paired with the sprayer, which can then also be used to control other ISOBUS equipment. All configurations are prepared in accordance with the requirements of Agriculture 4.0. The entire range is equipped with our exclusive hydraulic booms, with T-nox stainless steel option, all with electrohydraulic stabilizer, hydropneumatic suspension, independent variable geometries. Independent hydraulics are standard equipment on the entire CLOUD range.
